Hello there Hawkeye. We have read your message. We try to help you.

How to change the size of Firefox menu bar?

That seems to be Try to get to about:config in your URL bar. Finally, double click on the value and change it to less than 1.0 . After you set the value, press enter to apply the changes

Or how to find compact

Try to find the browser compactor.show preference. Change it into true. Click on menu button Fx89 menu button to open the menu panel. Search for more tools menu. Click on customize toolbar. At the bottom click density button. Choose to compact and other options.

Goto url bar type about: config click the button accept the risk. In the filterbox type or paste Devp and pause while the list is filtered.

Double-click layout.css.devPixelsPerPx and change its value to 1.5 and click OK. That corresponds to 150% of the classic font size.

Don't choose a value below 1.0 or about 4.0 or you may find it difficult to get back to a viewable Firefox! If something does go terribly wrong, right-click the preference and then tap the R key to reset to the starting value.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/about-config-editor-firefox

Launch Firefox. ... Deselect the “Use Small Icons” box and click “Done” to enlarge the icons on the Firefox toolbar. Click the “View” tab and choose “Zoom.” Select “Zoom In” from the fly-out menu to increase the display of Web pages in Firefox.

Or this text.

Firefox has one built-in feature you could try, which is a global "scaling" factor that resizes everything from menu text to web page content. Here's how to experiment (carefully) with that:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

(2) In the filter box, type or paste devp and pause while the list is filtered -- there should only be one preference left

(3) The layout.css.devPixelsPerPx normally has -1.0 which follows the Windows Text Size setting.

Double-click to open a small dialog where you can type a new value.

Type 1.5 (make sure to remove the - sign) and click OK

That should give an effective "150%" zoom compared with the base size. (Note: on Mac Retina screens, you need to double it to 3 instead.)

If you would like larger, you could try 2 for 200%.

If something goes wrong, you can right-click the preference and choose Reset (or tap the R key) to get back to where you started.

Hi, this question is posted under Thunderbird, the email program. Just to confirm, is the problem in the Firefox web browser or the Thunderbird email program?
