I'm not able to set a Primary Password

I follow the instructions for setting a Primary Password (which is constantly being asked for!), but the page turns hazy and unaccessable when I click on the 3 dots and I never get to Options. What do I have to do now?

Hi Jacobijntje, It looks like you might already have a Primary Password set.

Another way to get to the same place is to enter about:preferences#privacy in the address bar and press Enter. Scroll down to Logins and Passwords.
