i have a laptop by hardware cpu i5 reg 7 and ram 12 g this laptop when firefox open is my laptop frize this problem just firefox mozilla and do not by other browsers ...

Are you trying to say that Firefox is slow/freezing?


Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
