Firefox not working!

I have latest version of Firefox (x64) installed on my desktop (pinned to taskbar), but when I hover my mouse over Firefox icon it pops up a small window showing the Firefox browser, but clicking on it or the Firefox icon does nothing! I do not have the update KB5010342 installed! I do not get any error messages! I have Windows 10 on my desktop (w/all updates), and I have no error messages! My computer has an AMD 8350 8-core processor running at 4.2 Ghz. with 32 MB ram, and about 12 Terrabytes of HDD space, and a 1 Terrabyte SSD boot drive! My email: [email removed from public]
