Trying to set up my iinet emails to show on Firefox or alternative site?

I have lost my iinet' 'contacts, etc, which were on Mozilla Thunderbird up until a few weeks ago! (After many years!). But unable to locate them. I can use iinet on my web page, which is now receiving my emails, but i had to relist my contacts, on the web site! All i want to do is set up a an inbox to receive my emails (done) on a safe program/search site! I can still do these things i a series of various stages - time and complicated process!!! HELP PLEASE!!!!! Ron J. (88).
