I will try to assist you. 1. click Tools>Account Settings 2. click account name in left column 3. in right pane is a box to type in your desired signature

Next, 1. click Composition & Addressing in left side bar 2. in right pane are options on use of sig and where to place. The default is at bottom of new and replied messages. Select your preferences.

Additional Information: There are different ways to locate 'Account Settings'. All ways are valid and you use whatever method you feel comfortable with using.

Via a toolbar: On 'Menu Bar' toolbar: Tools>Account Settings On 'Mail Toolbar' toolbar: Menu app icon (3 lines) > Account Settings

Via 'Folder Pane' - Select the name of the mail account folder - on right side near top click on 'Account Settings' OR Right click on 'mail account name folder' and select 'Settings'
