As of this morning, I cannot log securely in to my bank. I just get a white screen. Other browsers and my mobile app work fine.

Just a white screen? No error messages or anything?

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I have had a similar problem since approximately 25 January 2022. I can get into the bank site but some facilities are unavailable. I called the bank and they said they no longer supported Firefox because of some security issue - I did not get the whole story. The bank is the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, can someone at Firefox please work with them to resolve this issue. I do not want my bank telling me what browser to use!!!!!
