When viewing fox news website, selecting an article to read by opening in another tab or just scrolling through the website the web site reloads automatically even thought about config has been set to stop this.

Hello Jim, You are facing this issue only with the News right? News is meant to be updated so that you find your latest news and stuff on trending. May be for this reason, you are finding your News updating frequently.
