Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I have tried several things without success. Uninstalled and reinstalled java Cleared all cache Disabled all add ons The Look Inside works on other browsers so is not a system issue. I am using a macbook pro with Catalina os.

I have not contacted Amazon support as it only happens in Firefox. I have tried the above suggestions with no luck.
