Autoplay block does not work, FF 88.0

FF 88.0.

Tried https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1278114 and it worked but only few minutes. Block video and audio does not work, about:config does not work. I have had plugin FEBE for passwords and worked well. Now it does not work because of new Firefox in 2017. I have found i can export/import through Firefox but one problem: i need go to about:config and add something for import or export. What are programmers doing?? If you don´t know how to program something, don´t do it.
