shortcut or link like "about:preferences" to "network settings"
i need change network config several times in day is there any shortcut like "about:preferences" to access "network settings" in firefox browser rapidly ?

But what kind of settings you need to change? A proxy?
Open that page. Then grab the icon and place it in the Bookmarks Toolbar.
You can consider multiple profiles if this is about switching the internet connection. There are also extensions you can look at if this is about proxies.

exactly i need to switch between radio button 1 and 2 in attached image
when my proxy is off and radio button 2 is selected , i can not access to internet, then i must be select radio number 1 to access to internet.
firefox can not detect my proxy is disconnected
You need an addon for it, for instance FoxyProxy.
