Dear community,

I've been having trouble logging into a new device with my Firefox account. I have Two-step authentication installed. The steps I have followed are:

1. Go to account settings on a logged in device (windows computer) 2. Generate QR code and scan it with new device (android phone) 3. Enter Two-step authentication code from your app.

This is where it stops working. I open the Google authenticator app on my android phone and enter the code but it doesn't work. I've synchronised for time correction but it says it's already in sync with google servers. What am I doing wrong?
