This is more of a note for developers rather than a question, but I don't where to send it.

Without any action from me, this web page appeared in a new tab in Firefox: https://technologyto.com/media-capture.html?v=0.3.7&p=0.3.6&type=update (I was away from the PC when it loaded.)

The extension called "Media Capture" is not intalled in my Firefox. It might have been, a few years ago, as I vaguely remember trying something like it. (It didn't work with encrypted streams, so was no use to me.)

Now "Media Capture" does not exist at addons.mozilla.org, and I didn't find "TechnologyTo" at github.

So it's very odd that something has the power to load that page.
