Okay, you have said your Firefox is giving you problems.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Hi, I've passed on your feedback to the Firefox team.

In the meantime, you can set Firefox not to automatically update.

  1. Click the Firefox Fx57Menu menu button at the top-right corner, and choose Options. A new tab will open.
  2. In the General panel, scroll down to the Firefox Updates section.
  3. Under Firefox Updates, select Check for updates but let you choose to install them.

If you need any further help, we're always available.
