Hi

Are you possibly using a language pack to set the language for the user interface ?

A language pack may need to be updated manually via the about:addons page and that can cause Firefox switching to the main language you have installed.

If the Firefox user interface (toolbars) is in the wrong language or if you want to change the current language then download Firefox in the language of your choice.
