Firefox has a lot of password generator add-ons available that are developed by third party developers. You can see some of them here.

There are also many password generator websites that are free to use. For example, LastPass has one on their website.

The choice is up to you. Obviously, you want to pick a reputable one for maximum security.

As for a VPN, I'm not sure what you are asking. Firefox doesn't provide a VPN. Just like the password generator, there are a variety of free and paid services online. Again, you want to pick a reputable company for maximum security and privacy.

Note that Firefox 70 will come with a builtin password generator that you can enable via "Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security"
