What happened to the Most Visited folder on the bookmark bar?

The "Most Visited" folder with frequently visited sites has suddenly disappeared from the Bookmark bar. I dearly want it back. Is there a way to do this or has the powers that be decided that we should do without this from now on?

Great question. I believe you can create your own bookmark which the steps have been provided by contributors from a previous thread.
