Why at older versions of firefox i can with a simple drag & drop of the "exclamation mark" left of the url link make a shortcut of this link for my computer and now I CAN'T DO THAT?

How i can fix that issue at the new firefox versions?

It's probably this issue: Drag and Drop errors with Firefox Launcher Process enabled and Windows UAC disabled - How to Fix.

Users who disabled the UAC feature of Windows (reduced the level of "Never Notify") have problems dragging links to the desktop in Firefox 68.
