Thanks RKFELLY for pointing in the right direction.

I had earlier mentioned of the css and js files not getting downloaded. As you mentioned of the connectivity, it prompted me to try from another network and it worked.

It seems my office firewall was blocking the connectivity.

The issue is resolved now. Thank you.
