Support.mozilla.org forces me to reset password every time I try to log in

Headline is a simplification. What actually happens is - two different problems:

1) Roughly every other time when I try to log in my password doesn't work and I have to reset it. We can be sure the problem is this site and not my computer or my password because I have passwords at one or two hundred other sites and zero of them have this problem.

2) Sometimes I have to use my email address as the username and sometimes I have to use my username as my username. This too only happens at this website and not other one or two hundred that I log in to. Please fix it.
