Since upgrading to FF 67 Video Downloadhelper no longer functions, but delivers a 0bytes download when used. Any solution, please?

Just upgraded to FF 67 and find that Video Downloadhelper now delivers a zero bytes file when operated. Was working perfectly until upgrade. I am a Mac user, but colleagues using windows are experiencing the same problem.

I hear you and thank you, but it is not as straight forward to post a question on their site - or so it seems to me. Since posting my query, I've discovered that the problem is localised, just one site, and works fine everywhere else, so what to do? I'm still investigating. Thanks for responding.

Did my Watson impersonation and guess what I just found out :

The developer(s) have updated the extension 19 hours ago ....

Maybe that makes a difference  ?
