When I am printing labels like for example Etsy the labels will not open in a new tab like I have it set. It opens in the same page. Help!?
I updated firefox and i am guessing the settings defaulted IDK... but when i try to print labels from etsy or any selling plantform they do not open up in a new tab. instead, they open on the same page so I have to always use the "Go Back Page" button which is annoying. Previously I was just able to purchase the label and it would either download to my desktop or open in a new tab. But that doesnt happen anymore. Someone please help.

Hi ayinainsoph, do you access the label using a link? It's extra work, but you can direct a link to open in a new tab using either:
- right-click > Open Link in New Tab
- middle-click the link with the mouse scroll wheel
- Ctrl+click the link
There are add-ons to always open every link in a new tab, but that seems like overkill for this problem.
Is the label a PDF? Usually you can tell by the unique black toolbar above the document when a PDF is displayed in Firefox's built-in PDF viewer.
You can set Firefox to do something different with PDFs, such as pop up a dialog where you can choose to Save or Open in your external PDF application (e.g., Adobe). If you wanted to change that, see: View PDF files in Firefox or choose another viewer.
One of the first things I tried and ETSY wont let me do that. :( I have to open a new window go back to etsys website and go back to my seller board.

Sorry, why do you have to open a new window? Does one of the suggestions lead to the original tab or entire window closing?
