Hello Jacob,

Your system details show that this extension is installed in
Options => Add-ons => Extensions :

"I don’t care about cookies 2.9.9" ......

If you didn't install it yourself, would you please remove it  ?

Even though this extension is listed on the official addons.mozilla.org page - would you please take a look at this :

Maybe run the malware scans that are listed in the above linked article (better safe than sorry .... )
