Please explain a bit more of the issue.

re :I can't send email After composing email, you click on 'Send' button. Can you see the 'Send' button ?

Assuming 'Send' button is visible and usable: Do you get an error message when you attempt to send? If yes, what does it say word for word. you could post an image of error if it helps.

Please post the following info: In Thunderbird

  • Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • click on 'copy text to clipboard' button
  • In this forum question, right click in a 'Post a Reply' text box and select 'Paste'
  • You can edit/remove all info on fonts and printers, but do not edit anything else.
  • click on 'Post reply' button.
