Hello,

Since a few days I am facing a problem I am unable to solve, nor seen anyone having a similar issue.

I've already tried reseting and reinstalling Firefox and all addons as well as tried Google Chrome but the problem persisted. I am running on Windows 10, and the only add-on I have installed is adblock (which is not causing the problem), also all my privacy settings are set to default.

Below screenshots of Riot Games support site which show what the problem is. The issue also occurs when filling a captcha is needed - it just does not show.

For some reason images did not want to upload so here are imageshack links:

Correct look of the website taken on another computer: https://imgur.com/a/l8r00w6

The way it looks on mine: https://imgur.com/4S79ZrM

At this point the only solution I can think of is a fresh installation of Windows...

To say adblock isn't the problem could be the problem since that could prevent something from properly loading resulting in a page missing items on it. So until you disable it that is the only way to know what is really causing the problem. Without any Addon/Extension will show what is and isn't a problem.

I tried loading same website with addblock disabled as well as uninstaled, result was the same.

Did you try to uninstall Adblock Plus?

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block (wanted) content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block (wanted) content.

Firefox shows the shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar in case Content Blocking is blocking content.

  • click the shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection

You can check the Web Console about what content is blocked
