01/10/2019 - after a year of having this problem, and having it also on current version of Firefox (64.0.2), I desperately installed Firefox Nightly (66.0a1). It Worked! After a year of sending bug reports - this version of Firefox fixed it. I don’t know if it is a sub-product or deliberate work of a true wizard, but I feel like you need to know and you need to add this to the next release – whatever it is.
