Tried reinstalling, adding facebook to exception list on privacy tab, no luck, tried every single thing listed on web. Reseting, clearing cache, removing firefox from comp and cleaning registry, after reinstalling problem still persists.

2 days ago problem started. I can send normal messages and emoticons to someone but if I want to send sticker nothing happens, like I haven't even clicked on it. Other browsers work fine, problem only persists on firefox, and I have same issue on my home and work pc.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
