I had to create this new account and email address because Mozilla won't recognize my new password after I reset it. I already have a Firefox account but I can't use that for "support.mozilla"? And I can't create a new account with my primary email address as that is linked to support.mozilla but it wont recognize my new password? Please help. And why dosen't Mozilla have a email address I can use for situations like this. If I can't accsess my account how do I ask for help.
