Firefox can't operate new BT Yahoo webmail

BT Yahoo have altered the design of their webmail pages within the last few days. When I go into the settings to set up a Vacation Response, the page is - well - unresponsive! It won't let me write my message. BT tells me this is because Firefox has installed an update which is causing the problem. Is this true? On their advice I was able to do the vacation response message via the Microsoft Edge browser. Will Firefox be updating to deal with this change or do I have to now access BT Webmail via Edge? I much prefer you guys! I'm not very technical by the way so the troubleshooting info below didn't mean anything to me.

webmail and yahoo aren't part of FF and if the issues stems from the email provider you need to contact them.

I have contacted BT and it was they who said the problem was due to a Firefox update and suggested I access webmail via another search engine. That works but is a time waster. The problem is still there today. I tend not to believe them though, which is why I posted my query on the forum. They lie about the intermittent breakdown of the BT link to my Thurnderbird account too. I suspect it's all down to BT's link with Yahoo. I complained about second problem three weeks ago to their CEO and have yet to receive a response. Have just emailed him again.
