Sorry, you can't. It's all or nothing with synchronizing bookmarks.

If you tell why you want to do that maybe we'll have a solution.

I just don't want to synchronise all my bookmark. My personal bookmarks have nothing to do into my work computer but, on the contrary, sometime I want to have my work bookmark in my personal computer.

(It's just an example because it's more complicated but I just want to choice myself)
