I am having so many issues with the updated Firefox that I'm at the end of my rope. All of the tabs load up when I click on Firefox from my previous session. 2. After a bit of time, I get a message that the pages cannot load. 3. I can no longer access the page on Ebay that I can leave multiple feedback's on. 4. I lose my internet connection. Ebay has an annoying yellow banner that says something about the slowness of the page loading and I have to choose "Wait" 3X before it displays. I'm so aggravated. I can't tell you how many times I've shut the computer down, shut the modem down and rebooted the modem and then the computer to get it working again. I hate that yellow banner saying that the page is taking too long to load, with a passion!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tamera Godshall

Do you have Firefox set to restore your tabs after you reopen it? Do you close Firefox when you are done with it? Does the same issue occur in Safe Mode?

Hi, as no information came with the question have no idea what add-ons you are using or condition of your Video Card Drivers as errors in those can cause a wide variety of issues.

Please try in : SAFE MODE

In Firefox Safe mode these changes are effective:

  • all extensions are disabled (about:addons)
  • default theme is used (no persona)
  • userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored (chrome folder)
  • default toolbar layout is used (file: localstore-safe.rdf)
  • Javascript JIT compilers are disabled (prefs: javascript.options.*jit)
  • hardware acceleration is disabled (Options > Advanced > General)
  • plugins are not affected
  • preferences are not affected

TEST''''is issue still there ?

HI, Tamara : please have a look through these also :

Please list your Extensions/add-ons and what security you use for Anti-virus/firewall/ant-malware that runs in real time if any. Thanks.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
