When I try and view a program on BBC iplayer or listen to the BBC radio I get a tab saying "You now need to sign in. It's quick & easy and we'll keep you signed in." When I try to sign in or register again the reload symbol in the top right corner operates for one second but the page will not update. It does this each time I try. With Int Explorer I don't get the sign in tab and can access the programs with no problems. I have not had any updates as far as I am aware. I have run Ccleaner, Kaspersky internet security virus checker and Wise Reg Cleaner and also rebooted the PC but still the problem exists. Please can you suggest how I can resolve this as I much prefer FF to IE.

Many thanks.

Please consider turning on send info to Mozilla from with in Firefox before posting a question. This helps us help you. I have no info from your system that would help see things that cause issues.

Well ccleaner is killing your cookies from BBC Kaspersky internet security that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

Check for updates to Kaspersky as well go the Kaspersky forum and see if others have the issue.

Exempt Firefox from Wise Reg Cleaner as it is possibly breaking Firefox.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
