google buttons not working
this started couple months back already, but initially it only affected the "unread all emails" button. i used to be able to click the button with the cursor, but have been unable to do so for the past few months. instead, i have to click it with the enter button. this problem has now affected my google drive, where i cannot create new documents with the cursor. i'm not sure how to explain the problem, but it is unresponsive when i click the buttons with the cursor, however works when i choose the button with the keypads and the enter key. is this a problem with proxy or cookies saved? can anyone help me with fixing this? thanks in advance

Hi, I do not know the locations or names of Folders on a Mac. I will provide the windows info and you can work from there please : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 58.0.2 with a Full Version Installer

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately it did not solve my problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled firefox, deleting the folders and all but it still did not solve the problem. i still have my profile retained but on my gmail and google drive page the buttons are still unresponsive when i click with my cursor.
