Hi, I have a Thin Client HP t420 with operating system HP Thin Pro with v. 6.2. I have enable kiosk module with a web connection to Citrix, but, when the terminal start always appears a firefox box with title "authentication required" request username and password, how to disable this? Thanks

If you don't know who is asking, say nothing.


Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I can't test your sugestion, because when the terminal start, a Web Browser connection start a Citrix connection in kiosk mode, and the message appears

Check the properties of the shortcut you are using. Check your homepage settings.
