When I printed an email with 4 attachments of varying sizes (400, 150, 600 kbytes) the email listed all 4 as 27 bytes (not Kbytes). How do I fix this?

The configuration of my Mozilla Thunderbird has recently changed. The "File" is no longer in the upper left side. I have to print from the 3 bars on the upper right.

My question: I received an email with 4 attachments of varying sizes (150 Kbytes, 400 kbytes, 600 kbytes etc). However, the email with the 4 attachments listed at the bottom described all 4 attachments as being exactly 27 bytes (not KBytes). Is this an error of some type? It used to show the exact size of the various attachments.

I welcome any help. Thanks

For the first bit of your posting, use F10 or alt to make the traditional menu appear, then use View|Toolbars and tick the checkboxes.

I don't know about the attachment file sizes. I don't often print email messages and have probably never paid much attention to such details. I'll need to check that for myself.
