Disable firefox.exe 'System' processes

Dear,

We have some issues with the firefox processes running under the user 'System' on a Windows Server 2008 R2. I would like to disable the firefox system processes seeing as I need to manually close them every single day now.

Can anyone help me achieve this because I'm not sure how to do this or if its even possible.
