I had written in almost a month ago detailing the exact problem and error message with even the name of the bug as discovered by fellow Firefox users as requested by your website However the is NO response ! I am sick and tired of waiting not able to use my browser which has over twenty over most important tabs that I use for work and more lost in the update bug for version 56 something ! It already has been written in the reported section about this mistake and no one bothers to reply to my polite letter I even downloaded the latest version 57 to override and it still fails Now tell me what to do ! I lost so much time and so much effort trying to solve this on my own you HAVE NO IDEA the cost to my health and daily life

It is up to you to use the information I painstakingly submitted to reply me a solution ! Not try to direct me to solve the problem as a programmer by pointing me here there everywhere then make me go around hunting for a simple " Contact Us with your question by email " hidden in a little corner of the website because yes you are too worried to receive such complaints !

It has been one month of not being able to even surf internet properly I have reached the end of my tolerance ! By this time you do not fix this problem YOU CAUSED I am going to stick with one of the other browsers that I am forced to rely on This is from a > 10 year user of Mozilla !

Where is Mozilla and their tech staff ? What happens when their unreliable stuff crashes and their customer needs help ? They vanish ?

Ok I have researched the problem on my own and I and sure that this has to do with the update for version 56 IT IS A REPORTED BUG in the Bugs section Go ahead read the reports However no one has presented a solution and even then I am NOT a programmer

This thing happened and they thought their Firefox Quantum something is coming out so it was easy to upgrade but not I cannot even open the stupid browser The same profile is missing / accessible prompt appears

" Firefox is already running but not responding Old friefox must be closed to open a new window " After press close window " Your Firefox Profile cannot be loaded It must be missing or inaccessible "

Many other users were also affected when they chose the update to version 56 I already screenshot it that day and sent in the bug name on this same site

Look I appreciate the volunteering help but I am too tired it is 5 am here and I have given up You can study look at the problem carefully slowly but I am shutting down What is a couple of days more wait after almost one whole month ? I am sick and fed up already You must understand

do you have the same problem still with firefox 57.0.2 which is available from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/? that fixed a "profile missing" issue for users which may have non-latin characters in their windows account name...

I have downloaded the latest Quantum version and I cannot even get it to open Ok its really late ITS MORNING 8 am ! I am going to get some sleep and later try the link that is somewhere ? I can just tell you I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit Service Pack 1 Firefox I believe Version 56 pointsomething before crash I held off updating to 57 beta and this happened I have old Flash outdated version still useable And Acer Aspire X3990 system 8 GB Ram

Not system clash I tell you I been using Firefox for close 10 years

What more can I tell you ? I already stated this bug was discovered by one of you guys here also and listed in the bugs section I just cannot give you the name Please read my previous replies to your colleagues

We are talking about Firefox are we not and it has a Address Bar correct ..

Well if you would care to provide the link to the Documentation for this known Bug that would be great. Now by chance has this Bug been fixed in the Current Version 57.0.2 ?

If you prefer running out dated Flash with Hundreds of Security Vulnerabilities that is your prerogative

Please . . . I said I cannot even open Firefox There is no way to type ANYTHING You read only the first post when I was extremely fedup and tired but Not the reason why I was so angry and why I misunderstood I see this like a company providing browser or broadband access that failed If you read further I also said The same profile is missing / accessible prompt appears " Firefox is already running but not responding Old friefox must be closed to open a new window " After press close window " Your Firefox Profile cannot be loaded It must be missing or inaccessible " I do not wish to use Flash I know its flaws but some ( many ) sites force me to allow Flash to run ( from Facebook to Uefa to Movie trailers so many ) You make it seem like I purposely went out to catch some viruses I also said it is not Kapersky nor anti virus software The info provided is from system and settings in Windows and accepted by my internet company and Microsoft and vendor manufacturer

Now I wish I could get back to the bugs website but that was months ago I just know one of you tech experts noted many users affected by it but no one bothered to provide solution as everyone simply updated to Version 57 I dont know any of this and have no luxury of time to learn complicated programming just to get a browser back

I appreciated the previous techs who helped out and told him so However there is a communication malfunction preventing exchange of ideas Finally I am very puzzled Where are the ACTUAL Mozilla company people Has their company closed down and left the tech support to volunteers ? That is very Unprofessional and over here they would be liable to criminal proceedings under our corporate governance laws to be frank Good Night and have a good day
