The "Clear All History" box doesn't display properly if the browser window is too small. Sometimes I have it snapped to a corner of a 1920x1200 monitor. If I try to clear history, the dialog box won't have a scroll bar, so some options will be cut off at the bottom. Also the "Clear Now" and "Cancel" buttons go missing. Compare it to the Connection Settings dialog, which adapts to the window properly.
