The System Details list shows you use an outdated Firefox 20 version.

  • User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0

Any special reason why you use that version and not the current release (Firefox 56.0.1)?

Make sure you download Firefox from the official Mozilla server and not some special third-party release.
