I wasted 90 minutes trying to register with Mozilla support. I cannot imagine that most people would guess that if you are looking for help, that you would register/sign-in as a contributor or support person in order to ask a question ??? Also, you make it clear that all information (name / password) is case sensitive yet my user name shows up on the top of the page as all capitals when that is not the case, what gives??

I am using version 57.0b5 (64 bit) and it is incredibly fast!! But, while I want to make Firefox my default browser, I would need it to be easier to find help. It is this confusion in finding directions that caused me to leave the first time and I was with you for 6 years.

Will I be notified when there is a response?

Usually the site sends email notifications of replies. Sometimes that glitches.

For future reference, the design of the site is to encourage you to start asking your question and show matching (hopefully) solutions and not require you to register until after you've composed your question.

If you do not have a question, obviously that approach won't work for you...

Only you can see that - nobody else, honest.
