I can't change sign out of my Google account on any website but youtube.

On any website (including gmail and google's search results) clicking on my account icon does nothing. Only when I access Youtube and then click on my account does it let me sign out of my accounts. I have two accounts that I switch between for convenience, but ever since I changed from Chrome to Firefox it has been tricky trying to change accounts.
