The browser you used to post here does show a Okta Secure Web Authentication Plug-in 5.8.0 as being installed; it shows under the Extensions category in your More System Details to the right of your posting.

If your problem just started with the Firefox 50 update, maybe that "Plugin" / extension isn't compatible with Firefox 50?

Sorry, I have never heard of that add-on before, not familiar with how it works. Have you tried Okta Community support? https://support.okta.com/help/community
