Since one week now I been getting to tabs to load every time when I start FF they are add's which of them just been recently updated. One) Thank you for installing Forecastfox (fix version) Second one) Thank you for installing S3.Google Translator .

How do I stop these pages from loading they also ask for money or donation which I think he is not right to do. If not I will uninstaller these two add on and look for different type of them.

Hi, yes I've had that from the same developer - although a different add-on to yours.

It can probably be disabled in about:config, and although I can't give you specific instructions for your particular add-ons, this might point you in the right direction.

Type about:config into the address bar, press Enter, accept the warning, scroll down to extensions.(name of your add-on), and look for an entry which has something like .not_open_contribute_page after it, then double click on it to change 'Value' from False to True.

If you don't feel confident about making about:config changes, you might be better looking for different add-ons. Alternatively, if you really like the add-ons, you could make a donation!

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!

These are add-ons you have on your computer, yes?

It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.

Type about:support in the address bar and press enter.

Under the page logo on the left side, you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Folder. To its right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile. Now Close Firefox.

Delete all extensions files and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

New files will be created when required.

After, restart Firefox.

See "Corrupt extension files":

You will have to approve the updating one last time.
