That page wants a login for me. Appears to be a non-public webpage. Not a restriction by Firefox.

Hi SirSimeon2003, it would be great if you could start a new question about this problem. Also, please check this article in preparation for the post:
Hi SirSimeon2003, on Reddit I saw a reference to a big denial of service attack affecting DynDNS. Perhaps that is making service to those particular websites spotty:

DDoS Attack (Dyn) October 2016
233 VIEWS
On the Friday morning of October 21st, 2016, a massive DDoS attack on the following sites occurred: Netflix,
Twitter, Spotify, GitHub, Vox, Airbnb, PayPal, Reddit and a dozen other websites. [1] Timeline and impact
According to Dyn, a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack began at 7:00 a.m. (EDT) and was resolved by 9:20 a.m., however, a second attack was reported at 11:52 a.m. and Internet users began reporting problems about accessing websites.[4][6] Websites affected by the attack include Airbnb, Amazon, Spotify, BBC, CNN, Etsy, GitHub, The New York Times, PayPal, Pinterest, Reddit, Runescape, Shopify, SoundCloud, Tumblr, Twitter, Vox Media, PlayStation Network, among others.[7][8][9][11][12][13]
Investigation
The US Department of Homeland Security started an investigation into the attacks, according to a White House source.[2][14][15] No group of hackers has claimed responsibility.[16] Dyn's chief strategist said in an interview that the assaults on the company's servers were very complex and unlike everyday DDoS attacks. Dr. Barbara Simons, a member of the advisory board of the US Election Assistance Commission, said such attacks could affect Internet voting for overseas military or civilians.
It is unclear who is behind the attacks and whether the focus was on Dyn, or on the dozens of companies it provides services to.
In the last few weeks there have been record-setting cyberattacks in the last few weeks that were seized. It has been reported that so-called "bot nets" to attack websites were released by hacker earlier this month. [17]
