My cursor looks weird after changing system locale to Hebrew and back to English, how do I change it back?

more options

A normal cursor is just a long line like: | I changed my system locale language, on a windows 10 machine, to Hebrew, and then back to English and my cursor now looks weird as you can see in the image added (or here https://s11.postimg.org/yshc9djb7/Untitled.png ). I restarted the computer, the default language and system locale is English everywhere and I restarted Firefox in safe mode but nothing changed. Caret mode is also disabled. On Chrome, on the same windows 10 machine, every other windows cursor and in any other software nothing has changed. My Firefox is up to date 49.0.1

That looks like caret browsing was enabled.

Try hitting the F7 key to turn off caret browsing.
