I would like to install Yahoo toolbar for Firefox, but you will not even provide a way for me to contact customer support Chat. I hate to change after all this time, but I I am getting sick of not being able to get any help.

You should be able to install the new version of the Yahoo toolbar from here.

Please note that this is an add-on provided by Yahoo, this is not Mozilla software and you should contact Yahoo for any help and support (via the link on the right hand side of that page).

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.

The people responding here are other users helping users so be nice. There are no robots.

Yahoo was acquired by Verizon and shortly after that the Yahoo toolbar was changed to the simpler version you see now. Yahoo even removed many of the previous versions of their toolbar extension at https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/yahoo-toolbar-and-new-tab/ as users were using previous versions of the toolbar as a workaround.

Mozilla does not have the resources to have call centers for one on one support of desktop Firefox (for Windows, Mac, Linux) by phone, chat or email especially since it would be free for a free application.
