whatbrowseramIusing.com tells me to send details to IT support team so I need their address

more options

I found whatbrowseramIusing.com through a support agent at my bank. The site gave me useful info about my browser, and suggested I file the info with my support team, but apparently there is no support team address for Firefox.

I am trying to make Firefox my default browser, and have clicked that link about a dozen times, with no response. My default browser has been Chrome for several years, but I need to uninstall it as I am in Shanghai, where it is illegal. I performed a Powerful Uninstall on Chrome several days ago, and it seemed to work, but then a few days later, my computer (an HP Compaq Presario with Windows 7) refused to start up. When I performed the Startup Repair program, it added some Chrome features back in, because now the machine is sometimes trying to load Chrome.

I think you were using this site: http://whatsmybrowser.org/ If you want to post their link here, feel free to add it to your next reply.

Anyway, Firefox has an internal feature to instruct Windows 7 to make Firefox your default browser. Please see this article for more information: Make Firefox your default browser.

Does that method work?

Regarding Powerful Uninstall and Powerful Repair, I have no idea what those are.
