Opened tabs will be synced even when sync between AnfroifFF and WindowsFF?

Hello,

when having FF on Windows computer and FF on Android phone, i see i can use my existing FF account to do Sync. There in Android FF is option to synchronize Open panels. There im unsure if this mean that

a) android FF will make sure that when FF is closed with opened tabs, they are reopened on next start

b) last opened tabs of example Windows FF are reopened on Android FF

c) something else

In my Android FF i see there is a tab named Synchronized panels (its in non english language in my case) and i see my WIndows FF tabs there. Not sure if that is just for evidence so i can manually reopen, but windows FF will never be automatically opened on Android FF.
