Run multiple profiles at once under same dock icon on Mac

I have two Firefox profiles - one personal, one for work. The personal one is the default profile, so when I launch Firefox it gets open first.

My problem is:

When I run the second (work) profile, it opens under another dock icon, and I keep clicking the wrong icon all the time. Is there any way to show both profiles under one Firefox icon like it's done on other operating systems, e.g. Windows?

I'm using the Profile Switcher addon to switch between the two profiles.
