you stopped me from d ownloading my games in BigFish how can i change that

This sight was working fine until just before i hit run a box popped up and ask if i wanted to make changes. I said yes, now it just save the file NOT DOWNLOAD I bought the game of course I want it down loaded.I tried to search for the problem.It said there was a program file (x86) installed or firewall. I'm not that good at trouble shooting please help.
